All shortened URLs are created by users. TinyLinks does not host, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content of any third-party websites or resources linked through the Site.

You acknowledge and agree that TinyLinks is not responsible or liable for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party websites or resources
• The content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources
• Any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, products, or services

3. Right to Suspend or Remove Links

TinyLinks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disable, suspend, or permanently remove any shortened URL at any time, with or without notice, including but not limited to when:

• A link is reported as abusive, illegal, or harmful
• A link is believed to violate these Terms or applicable law
• A link may expose TinyLinks or its users to risk or liability

TinyLinks has no obligation to restore any disabled or removed link.

4. Abuse Reporting and Takedown

The Site may provide a “Report” or similar feature that allows users to report shortened links for abuse or violations.

Upon receiving a report, TinyLinks may immediately suspend or permanently disable the reported link and review it for compliance with these Terms. TinyLinks may take any action it deems appropriate, including cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.
